Welcome back team. Down to business. Here is what YOU must do.You are going to create your own CD cover. Here are the instructions:
Click here or go to Wikipedia and hit “random”.
-The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
Click here for a list of random quotations.
-The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your album.
Click here or go to Flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”.
-The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
Use your favorite photo software to put it all together (Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET,…)
After you do this, you are going to describe your band. What kind of music do they play? How many members in the band? What are their names, their instruments, etc.? Be creative and come up with a great and imaginative backstory about your band and about this CD you just created. Try not to be TOO over the top (ok, Salvador?), but use your imagination freely.
Each of you must create a new blog entry, post your CD cover, and the rest of the information required. The deadline for this blog assignment is Tuesday, May 12th @ 9:00 p.m.
